I am a humanist, non-religious civil celebrant offering a range of personal and bespoke ceremonies. I can help you prepare a creative script that matches your individual personalities and aspirations for the day that you want. I will help you write your vows and personal promises and I can offer you a varied choice of appropriate poetry and readings from my personal collection. You can choose to have your ceremony wherever you wish – maybe your own home or your garden – or you may prefer to use one of the many lovely wedding venues to be found in Kent.
After 10 years as a marriage and civil partnership registrar with Kent County Council (KCC), I have a lot of experience working with a range of first class venues, many of which are very happy to recommend me.
My ceremonies are personal and unique. People who choose to celebrate their wedding in such an individual way visit the register office first to register their marriage and receive their legal document (in just the same way that you would register a birth or death). This is done in a small office with two witnesses.
